AgriFarm Projects Uplifting Communities Through Action AgriFarm Projects recently celebrated Human Rights Day with a vibrant community event in Chatsworth, bringing together residents, staff, and local farmers for a day of reflection, unity, and fun. A highlight of the day was the traditional boerewors braai, which not only fostered connection but also served a greater purpose. Thanks to the community’s incredible support during our Boerewors Roll Fundraiser, we raised vital funds now donated to Philakithi Kitchen, providing warm meals to those in need. Together, we’re filling plates and hearts—one meaningful act at a time.
